These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and h666 (hereinafter referred to as "h666", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the h666 online betting and casino platform, accessible at https://h666.ws and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, participating in any game, or making a deposit, you conclusively acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Registering multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using third-party identities, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on h666 or any other platform to which h666 has mutual recognition obligations.

To access the full range of h666 services, you must complete the registration process by providing the information requested on the registration form. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at all times and to update your account details promptly whenever any information changes.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: h666 operates a KYC process consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. As part of this process, you may be required to provide:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet showing your registered mobile number).

h666 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the specified timeframe may be suspended.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. Any activity occurring under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified h666 of a suspected security breach in advance.

All financial transactions on h666 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following deposit methods:

• bKash — Instant deposit via bKash Send Money or Payment gateway.
• Nagad — Instant deposit via Nagad wallet transfer.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank Rocket mobile wallet transfers.
• Upay — United Commercial Bank's Upay wallet.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

h666 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the identity information held on your h666 account. Deposits received from unverified or mismatched sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Deposited funds are held in a player account and are available for wagering immediately upon confirmed receipt. h666 does not pay interest on player account balances.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the h666 account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Verified Account: Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have successfully completed the KYC verification process. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per request.
• Matched Payment Method: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account number used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement and is non-negotiable.
• Wagering Requirement Clearance: Where a player has received and used bonus funds, withdrawals may be subject to completion of the applicable wagering requirement. The status of any pending wagering requirement is visible in the player account dashboard.
• Processing Time: h666 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours. During periods of high volume or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 72 hours. h666 is not responsible for delays attributable to your payment provider.

h666 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems. • Time Limit: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotional terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously will result in the secondary bonus being voided.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the h666 platform. Specific rules for individual game types (cricket betting, slots, live casino, fishing games) are published separately in the relevant sections of the platform help centre.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at h666's absolute discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation message and the corresponding deduction is reflected in your account balance. h666 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a system error.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet and may vary by market, event, or account tier.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by h666 where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise unable to produce a valid settlement. Void bets are returned to the player's account balance in full.
• Disputes: Any dispute regarding the outcome or settlement of a bet must be raised with h666's support team within 72 hours of the relevant event result being published. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.
• System Errors: In the event of a software or system error that results in an incorrect odds display, payout calculation, or game outcome, h666 reserves the right to void the affected bets and recalculate outcomes. h666 is not liable for losses arising from player reliance on incorrectly displayed information.

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sharing hole card information in poker-style games, or engaging in any form of coordinated match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Money Laundering: Using the h666 platform to launder funds of illicit origin. h666 cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations into suspected money laundering activity and is obligated to report suspicious transactions.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, odds errors, or system malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register as a player while under the age of 21, or knowingly allowing a person under 21 to use your account.

Any unauthorised use of h666's intellectual property may result in legal action. h666 takes its intellectual property rights seriously and will pursue appropriate remedies for infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h666 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond h666's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, or telecommunications outages).
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by the policies or technical systems of payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising from a player's use of the h666 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

h666's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments: h666 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, h666 will provide at least 7 days' prior notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors) may be made without notice. The most current version of these Terms is always available on the h666 website. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination by You: You may close your h666 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, h666 will process any pending withdrawals of verified funds and close the account within 5 business days. Players who are subject to active self-exclusion orders cannot reopen their accounts until the exclusion period has expired.

Termination by h666: h666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including (but not limited to) where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• h666 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• The player fails to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• h666 is required to do so to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance.

Upon account closure by h666 for cause, any bonuses, free bets, and associated winnings will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player via the most recent verified withdrawal method, subject to the outcome of any ongoing fraud investigation.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through h666's internal dispute resolution process will be referred to binding arbitration. Players retain any statutory rights they may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in Bangladesh.
